Stephanie Herrera

Stephanie Herrera is a leader and mentor for technology communities in Austin,Texas & globally. She got her start in technology 22 years ago at Dell, and has since worked for Apple and a number of tech startups. Stephanie is currently the Global VP, of the Salesforce Practice at Computer Futures and is a 5x Salesforce MVP. She helped to Co-found PepUp Tech and Texas Dreamin, and founded Salesforce Women in Tech Chapters and Salesforce Saturdays – which works within the Salesforce platform to grow individual skill sets and careers through peer mentorship.

Through her leadership, Salesforce Saturdays has grown to over 60 new chapters globally. She also serves on the Board of Directors for Merivis, helping veterans and spouses of veterans get started with a career in Salesforce. Stephanie was recognized in 2016 for her efforts to support others as a Finalist for Mentor of the Year in Austin’s Under 40 Awards. In 2017 Stephanie, along with her PepUp Tech Founder Selina Suarez and Co-Founder Rebe de la Paz, were given the TrailheaDX Equality Trailblazer Award by Salesforce, presented by Parker Harris, Salesforce Co-Founder. She was also a Keynote Speaker at Dreamforce with Marc Benioff, Salesforce Founder and Keynote Speaker at Salesforce NYC World Tour with Parker Harris in 2017. In 2019 she was awarded a National Latino Leadership Award.

Stephanie enjoys using technology as a means for personal and professional development, across all socioeconomic backgrounds, using her own career path as a road map.
