Jacalyn Chapman is a business transformation advisor, helping organizations develop an actionable plan to execute on their digital transformation strategy. With almost 20 years of consultative experience, she is passionate about bringing individuals together to collaborate and align on a common goal while challenging the status quo to achieve exceptional results. Jacalyn is currently a Director at Salesforce, working with top customer CXOs in the non-profit, education, manufacturing, high tech, agribusiness, sports and professional services industries. She holds an Engineering degree from Georgia Tech and co-founded BOLDforce NYC, the local Employee Resource Group for Black employees.
