In the early 90’s, Angel Aviles followed her brother, from New York City to Los Angeles to pursue a career in acting. Angel's work included projects by Quentin Tarantino, Robert Rodriguez, Michael Patrick King, and more. But it is her role as Sadgirl in the Allison Anders, girl-gang classic, “Mi Vida Loca,” that she’s most recognized for. Over the course of 25 years, Angel had a family, studied production and marketing and worked for a variety of high-profile clients. She also battled anxiety and ultimately began her journey into wellness and self-discovery. Today, Angel is the co-owner of an empowerment lifestyle brand. Living Firme hosts events that encourage unity, build community and stimulate local economy. The mindset and wellness workshops created by Angel became so popular that the Standards and Training for Corrections Division requested one. Living Firme now provides wellness and communication training to some Californias most stressed workers and populations. They also continue to provide workshops in underserved communities throughout the U.S. Angel further obeys her calling by working as a motivational speaker and, life coach. She travels the world but can be regularly found online chatting with friends and fans. Her message is always simple. "Master your mind and live your life's purpose.”
